Architectural Cooperative provides full architectural design services with the focus on meeting the client’s needs through beautiful design solutions.  Understanding that design solutions also need to be constructed within a budget and within a client’s timelines, Architectural Cooperative has adopted a process that provides early feedback on those two realities.

The Schematic Design phase front-loads a lot of design decisions through a series of meetings and iterations in order to fully identify the scope of the project through floor planning and exterior renderings.  With this early, but accurate information contractors can be engaged to provide valuable input on budget and schedule.  This arms clients with the necessary information early in the process to determine if the scope of work being pursued is realistic and feasible.

Once a decision has been made to proceed with the project, Architectural Cooperative engages in a series of highly detailed meetings and working sessions to fully articulate and document all the details of the project in a set of Construction Documents for Permitting and Construction.
